See every scratch-off game currently listed for this store's state — game number, name, and price — straight from the official list, the same one used to auto-fill the form below.
A "pack" is one sealed book of tickets for one game. Fill this in when a new pack goes on sale at the counter.
Packs currently on sale. Change a pack's status here as it sells: Sold Out once it's gone, or Removed if it's pulled from sale. A pack that's been received but not yet activated on the terminal shows on the Activate tab instead, until it's ready to sell.
Take a photo of the delivery driver's packing slip and let AI read off each pack's game number, pack number, and ticket count for you to check before confirming.
List every pack that arrived today, either typed in below or filled in from the AI photo above. Nothing is saved until you tap "Confirm receipt."
Confirming logs this delivery and adds each pack to your Received packs list on the Activate tab automatically -- no need to enter them there too.
A record of everything confirmed received, for your own records.
Every pack received shows here until it's activated. Activate it on your lottery terminal first, then tap it here — it moves to Activated packs on the Packs tab.
Take a photo of your lottery terminal's activation confirmation, or of the packs themselves, and let AI read off each game number and pack number for you to check before confirming.
For a pack that isn't already listed above, type its game number and pack number. If it's one of your tracked packs we'll match it; if not, we'll look it up in your state's official game list.
Some states let you create an online lottery account for delivery, activation, and settlement details. We can't connect to that automatically yet — those sites only offer a download, not a live feed. For now, mark a pack activated here right after doing it on the terminal, using the list, AI photo, or manual entry above. Once the state settles a pack, record that on the Settlement tab.
Activated packs the state hasn't charged you for yet. A few days after a pack is activated, the state's daily settlement report charges the store for that whole pack — type the amount from that report here and confirm.
Take a photo of the state lottery console's daily settlement report and let AI read off each pack's game number, pack number, and the amount charged, for you to check before confirming.
For a pack that isn't already listed above, type its game number, pack number, and the amount the state charged. If it's one of your tracked packs we'll match it and fill in its name.
A record of every settlement confirmed, for your own records.
Take a photo of today's closing sheet and let AI read the numbers off it for you to check before saving.
For each pack below, look at the ticket dispenser and type in the number of the last ticket sold. Opening is already filled in for you — you only need to type Closing.

A quick place to record what's happening at the counter — a delivery, a count, a fuel reading, a cash drop, or just a note. Pick a type, fill in the one field that matters, and add a photo if it helps.
Choose how you want to start. You can always change these details later from Settings.
This option isn't turned on yet. Moving a store from one owner's login to another safely needs a one-time setup decision first (how the transfer code gets created) -- ask about it and it can be built next.
Set this store's state so Packs can automatically fill in game names and prices from your state's official lottery game list.
Turn off any section this store doesn't use. A turned-off section disappears from this store's tabs. Lottery/Lotto and Field Log are available today -- everything else here is coming soon and can't be turned off yet.
